Newsletter confirmation issue

We have identified that some users are not receiving the confirmation emails after subscribing to our Newsletter. This issue appears to be intermittent and is affecting a subset of our subscribers
As a result of this problem, some new subscribers may not be able to complete the double opt-in process, potentially leading to their exclusion from our mailing list.
Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue. We are exploring several potential factors, including:
Email delivery problems
Spam filter interactions
Technical glitches in our subscription system
Whilst we work on a permanent fix, we recommend the following steps for affected users:
Check spam and promotional folders for the confirmation email
Add our sender email address to your safe senders list
If possible, try subscribing with an alternative email address
